Social Networking has become part of our lives and I know of people who would literally collapse if they would wake up and find Facebook or Twitter disabled. So, what better way to embrace this new concept in our lives than Swaziland first ever Facebook Personality Awards? Yep! that's what's happening on Facebook right now. I'm glad I stumbled upon this cool Group.
About the Awards
The concept of the Facebook Personality Awards 2011/12 provides a platform for Swazis on FB to nominate people they think were outstanding on the Facebook Social Network for the 2011/12 season.
These awards have no affiliation to any political, distinct affiliation of thoughts, religion or whatever but mainly associated with uplifting the spirit of socialising in the Kingdom of Swaziland.
Facebook Personality Awards are tentatively scheduled for the last weekend of the month of February 2012 at a venue still to be announced.
The Awards have been organised in a practise aimed at improving the functioning of facebookers, at curing or correcting anti social mechanisms within the network.

The Awards are former Journalist and blogger, Brian Mohammed's brainchild and in an interview, he said a Swazi Events Management Company would be engaged to manage and coordinate the event adding that the tentative categories would be revised and finalized once this company is on board.
